Nabiximols treatment in Multiple Sclerosis patients

The aim of the study is to explore the transcriptional changes induced by 4 weeks of Nabiximols treatment in whole blood of multiple sclerosis patients. Total RNA from whole blood was collected from 33 patients affected by multiple sclerosis using the PaxGene System (PreAnalytix). Sample collection was performed at baseline and after 4 weeks of treatment with Nabiximols.
