局部与长程抑制性投射调控脊髓GRPR阳性神经元
脊髓背角中表达胃泌素释放肽受体的(GRPR+)神经元在痒觉信号处理中发挥至关重要的作用。然而,GRPR+神经元如何受到局部环路调控尚不完全清楚。我们发现脊髓背角甘丙肽阳性神经元与脊髓背角GRPR+神经元形成抑制性突触联系,并在GRPR+神经元依赖性痒觉信号传递的门控中起关键性作用。该项工作揭示了痒觉信号处理的门控机制。
