State building authorities

The State Building Offices are part of the Bavarian State Building Administration, which is headed at ministerial level by the Bavarian State Ministry of Housing, Construction and Transport (StMB). Subordinate to the StMB are the ‘Divisions of Planning and Construction’ of the district governments and the State Building Directorate. The 19 state building authorities carry out construction and road construction tasks on site.
