Genome Sequences of 125 Enterococcus faecalis Isolates Collected from Agricultural Sources from across the USA

This project consists of 125 E. faecalis samples taken from dairy, pig, sheep, poultry and fish sources. The isolates have been isolated as part of several projects undertaken by Agricultural Research Service (ARS) scientists from 2004 to 2015.
