Expression data from isolated perivascular cells from tumor tissues

Tumor tissues contain various cell types and we focus on the stromal cell component in the tumor microenvironment to study their role and interaction. We isolated perivascular cells from two different fibrosarcoma tumor types and compared gene expression patterns. We isolated perivascular cells using NG2 markers and each group have three biological samples. For the FGF group, we established human FGF overexpressing cell lines and inject them into mice. For the control group, the tumor cells did not express human FGF and were also injected into mice. The tumor size at the isolation time is similar.
