Somatic mutations from a study on the impact of therapy on childhood cancer genomes

Curated somatic variant calls (SNVs, INDELs, SVs) from whole-genome sequenced pediatric tumors with comprehensive gene and population frequency annotations. These data were used to characterize chemotherapy-induced mutational signatures and quantify treatment-associated DNA damage in childhood cancers. This dataset is supplemental to the manuscript "Unique patterns of mutations in childhood cancer highlight chemotherapy's disease-defining role at relapse," currently under revision.
