The Fig. 3 of the manuscript shows the positions of clathrin light chain domains and the conformational changes in clathrin light chain relative to the plasma membrane. This file contains FLIM images of HeLa cells expressing either EGFP-CLC, EGFP-CLCdeltaN, or CLC-EGFP with various concentrations of DPA in Fig. 3c. And, it contains the raw FLIM images, correlative images (FLIM and PREM), and ROI files of HeLa cells expressing either CLC-EGFP or EGFP-CLC with DPA in Fig. 3e.
