Companion code and data deposit for the preprint "Closed-loop control ofturbulent transport by feedback-driven zonal density corrugations: a two-modelcomputational study" (M. Pavlukhin, 2026). Contains: (1) the 764-line zf_control patch against the public gyrokineticcode GKW (bitbucket.org/gkw/gkw, pinned commit 70a3468) implementing aphase-locked single-harmonic zonal actuator, a real-space shear observer, acorrugation observer, a hysteretic feedback controller, and free-energy-budgetactuation-cost accounting with a source-only closure test; (2) all campaignand analysis scripts; (3) 82 gyrokinetic run directories (controller logs,flux histories, entropy-source spectra) sufficient to reproduce every tableand figure of the preprint's gyrokinetic sections, including the pairedtransient-shortening measurement; (4) the BOUT++ reduced-model study(3-field modified Hasegawa-Wakatani slab with hysteretic zonal-shearfeedback): model source, 36-run matrix time series, and analysis chain.
