资源简介:
Understanding the assembly of soil microbial communities during ecological process plays a crucial role in predicting the response to environmental disturbance. Plant communities (e.g., plant diversity and composition) and soil properties are important factors controlling microbial assembly processes. Additionally, rhizosphere is considered as the most biologically active microsites in soil, where root exudate regulated the microbial community composition and thus impacted the growth, mineral acquisition, and pathogen tolerance of plant. Therefore, it is necessary to study the dynamics of microbial assemblage and network structure in different soil compartments during plantation development.
