Cryptomeria japonica BAC library sequencing. Cryptomeria japonica

To know features of the genome and facilitate fine gene mapping, we constructed a BAC library of Cryptomeria japonica. We sequenced some of them and this information gives us fundamental insights into its genome, especially in its noncoding regions.
