Improvement of national highways (Environmental Vision 2016-2020)

This file contains areas for improvements of national highways as established in the Environmental Vision of Groningen 2016-2020. The main shipping route Lemmer-Delfzijl is made suitable for larger vessels (ship class Va). The upgrade of the Van Starkenborgh Canal is already happening. In addition, several bridges across the Eems Canal need to be replaced. The government pays for the improvement of this national naval road. In addition, we want the capacity of Zeesluis Delfzijl to be increased as a link between that main shipping road and the inland shipping routes in Germany. For the Groningen part we do the project management, planning study, planning development and realisation of, among other things, the replacement of bridges.本文件涵盖了《格罗宁根2016-2020年环境愿景》（Environmental Vision of Groningen 2016-2020）中确立的国家公路升级改造范畴。核心航运航线莱默-代尔夫宰尔（Lemmer-Delfzijl）已完成适配升级，可通行Va级大型船舶。范·斯塔肯博赫运河（Van Starkenborgh Canal）的升级改造工程目前已在推进中。此外，横跨埃姆斯运河（Eems Canal）的多座桥梁亟需更换。政府将为该国家航运干道的升级改造提供资金支持。同时，作为该核心航运干道与德国境内内河航运航线的衔接枢纽，我们希望提升代尔夫宰尔海船闸（Zeesluis Delfzijl）的通行容量。 针对格罗宁根辖区内的相关项目，我们将负责桥梁更换等工程的项目管理、规划研究、方案制定以及落地实施工作。
