Biotope type and land use mapping (BTLNK)

The Biotope Type and Land Use Mapping (BTLNK) offers up-to-date statements on biotope types and land uses on the basis of an interpretation key that is specifically geared to questions of nature and landscape protection. The vector data of the BTLNK show the landscape features of the years 1992/93 and 2005 in the Free State of Saxony. The data for 1992/93 are based on a CIR flight in the summer of 1992 and additionally in May 1993. The 2005 data are adapted to the CIR orthoimagery from the 2005 aerial survey.
