Calculation the distance of a network from environmental niche centroid for 21 small mammalian species

These are data and R code for calculation the distance of a network containing a given species from environmental niche centroid of that species aimed to test "niche centroid hypothesis” (whether species' centrality in a network decreases with the distance of a network from its niche centroid) in flea–mammal networks from the Palearctic. These data and R code represent example for host species.
