Trend correlation between end-tidal and arterial carbon dioxide pressures during laparoscopic surgery in trendelenburg position: a prospective observational study

This dataset contains intraoperative paired measurements of end-tidal carbon dioxide (ETCO₂) and arterial carbon dioxide (PaCO₂) from adult patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the Trendelenburg position. The data were collected prospectively as part of a clinical observational study investigating the agreement and trending ability between ETCO₂ and PaCO₂ under physiologically altered conditions. Each row represents a time-matched measurement pair, along with relevant patient vital signs and active medications recorded at the time of arterial blood gas sampling. Consecutive rows correspond to consecutive intraoperative measurements taken from the same or different patients.
