Kahilainen_et_al_Calopteryx_data

The data package includes two different folders containing a total of three datafiles, each of which is accompanied by detailed information on the provided data in a ReadMe file. Folder: Genotypes contains two tab delimited txt-files containing the diploid microsatellite genotypes for 567 Calopteryx splendens and 1401 C. virgo individuals (collected from 18 and 40 sub-populations, for C. splendens and c. virgo, respectively). Folder: Locality_data contains a single tab delimited txt-file including information on the sampling localities (i.e. sub-populations).
