Data and plot scripts underlying "Topological data analysis of the deconfinement transition in SU(3) lattice gauge theory"

The data files and jupyter notebook provided in the attachment have been used to generate figures 1-8 of Spitz, Urban, Pawlowski: "Topological data analysis of the deconfinement transition in SU(3) lattice gauge theory", arXiv:2412.09112. To regenerate the figures, the data in the zip-folders must be extracted into corresponding subfolders stored in some folder. Within the latter root folder, the jupyter notebook must lay. The notebook is then self-contained and can be executed step by step in order to generate the figures of the paper from the provided data. The format of the provided data can be read off from the plotting scripts contained in the notebook.
