Vegetable consumption patterns in the university population of Guanajuato, 2023

The main purpose of this dataset is to analyze vegetable consumption patterns in this population group, allowing us to identify how frequently students include vegetables in their regular diets. The information was collected through structured surveys, specifically using a food frequency questionnaire developed by the National Institute of Public Health, an instrument widely used in nutritional studies in Mexico.本数据集的核心目的为分析学生群体的蔬菜摄入模式，以明确该群体在日常膳食中摄入蔬菜的频率。本次调研数据通过结构化问卷调查采集，具体采用墨西哥国家公共卫生研究院（National Institute of Public Health）研发的食物频率问卷（Food Frequency Questionnaire），该工具是墨西哥营养研究领域广泛应用的调研工具。
