Processed Genome Sequence Data of Four Indian Mandarin Genotypes

The processed genetic data includes information from four mandarin samples, each identified by specific accession numbers: INS0004744 (Sikkim Mandarin), INS0004745 (Nagpur Mandarin), INS0004746 (Coorg Mandarin), and INS0004747 (Khasi Mandarin). The raw data for these samples is stored at the Indian Biological Data Center. From this raw data, VCF (Variant Call Format) files were generated by mapping the sequencing data against the Sweet Orange genome. These VCF files contain valuable information on genetic variants, providing insights into the genetic diversity and unique markers of these mandarin varieties.
