Plan Flood Preparation Dresden – Elbe, Deficit Areas (settlement areas with remaining level of protection less than HQ100) 2010

The existing contiguous settlement areas are presented, for which, according to the PHD Decision, no improvement of the existing level of protection is expected to be achieved in the long term or which will remain below the desired level of protection of HQ100. These are settlement areas with related development, industry or commerce, for which the city council noted in the PHD decision that even after careful examination, protection levels remain smaller than HQ100 and that no improvement of existing protection levels is foreseen. The areas shown are described in more detail in the PHD in chapters 6.1 to 6.23 and illustrated in the overview map 7.12.
