The role of N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) methylation in pathological myopia

To explore the role of N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) methylation in pathological myopia,we performed a comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for vitreous fluid of pathological myopia patients. To explore the role of N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) methylation in pathological myopia,we separately collected 5 vitreous fluid of pathological myopia patients and the controls,established the RNA-seq library and then performed the library sequencing.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq.
