The statistical operation related to the Conciliation of Work, Family and Personal Life analyses the possibilities that employed people residing in the Basque Country have to reconcile their working life with family and staff. Reconciliation involves balancing the different facets of our lives, which entails the need to combine paid work with domestic work, as well as family responsibilities and free time that we dedicate to the personal sphere.The survey on the Conciliation of Work, Family and Personal Life aims to deepen the possibilities of reconciling the different facets mentioned: the work, related to economic life, through which a financial benefit is received, the family benefit, related to domestic tasks and the care of the family (minor children, dependent persons) and the staff, related to the space and time, individual in which people take care of themselves and relate to their environment.本数据集聚焦工作、家庭与个人生活平衡（Conciliation of Work, Family and Personal Life）相关的统计分析工作，旨在剖析巴斯克地区在职群体平衡其工作生活与家庭、个人事务的可行路径。所谓平衡，意指对人生各维度进行统筹协调，具体需兼顾有偿工作与家务劳动，同时妥善处理家庭责任与个人生活范畴内的闲暇时光。本次“工作、家庭与个人生活平衡”调查，旨在深化对上述三类生活维度平衡路径的研究：其一为与经济生活相关的工作维度，即通过劳动获取经济报酬；其二为与家务劳作、家庭照料（未成年子女、失能被扶养人）相关的家庭福祉维度；其三为关乎个人自主空间与时间的个人事务维度，即个体用于自我关怀及社会交往的领域。
