Modern workplaces [consultation]: government response on flexible parental leave. Impact assessment.

Data supporting the impact assessment for proposals on extending flexible parental leave in the closed consultation on modern workplaces (URN 11/699). The new system of flexible parental leave aims to give parents more choice and flexibility in how they care for their child in the first year, encourage more fathers to play a greater caring role, and increase flexibility for employers and employees to reach agreement. The data analyses of both time-series (e.g. Labour Force Survey, ASHE and Business Population) and regular (e.g. Maternity and Paternity rights surveys) datasets.本数据集为《现代化职场》封闭式咨询（URN 11/699）中关于延长弹性育儿假的提案的影响评估提供支撑。全新弹性育儿假制度旨在为父母在子女出生后第一年内照料子女的方式提供更多选择与灵活性，鼓励更多父亲承担更多照料职责，并提升雇主与雇员协商达成共识的灵活性。本次分析覆盖两类数据集：时间序列类数据集（例如劳动力调查（Labour Force Survey）、工时与收入年度调查（ASHE）以及企业人口数据集）与常规调查数据集（例如产假与陪产假权益调查）。
