This document contains all experiment data, including a) population dynamics, b) RBG and c) Growth rate data. (a) Dynamics of the bacteria and phage populations through time. Every three transfers, bacteria and phage population densities were measured. (b) Resistance estimates as 'Reduction in Bacterial Growth' (RBG) for 20 bacterial clones against whole phage populations. Both bacteria and phage were isolated from the final transfer for four replicates of four (out of five) treatments. (c) Growth rate data for ancestral and phage-resistant mutant strains without phage in different media concentrations. Data are OD600nm measurements taken every 30 minutes for 48 hours.
