RPRI hazard zone in the USO catchment area

Area exposed to one or more hazards represented on the hazard map used for risk analysis of RIP in the USO watershed.
The hazard map is the result of a flood risk study conducted by SAFEGE in 1996 which led to the development of the first PPRI in the USO watershed approved on 15/05/2001.
The evaluation method is specific to each hazard type. It leads to the delimitation of a set of areas on the study perimeter constituting a zoning graduated according to the level of the hazard. The allocation of a hazard level at a given point in the territory takes into account the probability of occurrence of the dangerous phenomenon and its degree of intensity.
All hazard areas shown on the hazard map are included. Areas protected by protective structures must be represented (possibly in a specific way) as they are always considered subject to hazard (case of breakage or inadequacy of the structure).
Hazard zones can be described as developed data to the extent that they result from a synthesis using multiple sources of calculated, modelled or observed hazard data. These source data are not concerned by this class of objects but by another standard dealing with the knowledge of hazards.

本数据集涵盖USO流域内用于RIP风险分析的灾害地图（hazard map）所标注的一处或多处受灾害影响的范围。
该灾害地图源自SAFEGE于1996年开展的洪水风险研究，该研究促成了USO流域内首个PPRI的编制，并于2001年5月15日获得审批通过。
本评估方法针对不同灾害类型定制，可在研究范围内划定多片区域，形成按灾害等级分级的分区体系。针对区域内特定点位的灾害等级赋值，需综合考量该危险现象的发生概率与强度水平。
本数据集包含灾害地图上标注的全部灾害影响区域。即便区域设有防护工程结构，仍需将其纳入标注范围（可采用特定标注方式）——因防护结构存在损毁或性能不足的可能，该区域仍被认定处于灾害威胁之下。
灾害区域可被视为经整合加工的数据成果，其整合依据为多源的计算、建模或实测灾害数据。本数据类别仅覆盖整合后的灾害区域数据，原始多源数据不属于本数据集范畴，而归属于另一项灾害认知相关标准。
