ANOVA Results

Results from a Mixed Model Analysis of Variance in SAS PROC GLM to test differences in F1 scores across algorithms and models. The ANOVA model included test sets nested in models as a categorical random factor, and algorithms and models as fixed categorical factors. Scheffé adjustment for multiple comparisons was used to control type I error rate.本研究采用SAS PROC GLM进行混合模型方差分析，以检验不同算法与模型间的F1分数差异。该方差分析模型将嵌套于各模型的测试集设为分类随机因子，并将算法与模型设为固定分类因子。同时采用谢弗（Scheffé）校正法开展多重比较，以控制一类错误率。
