Fudan: BAX level 0 sequencing file

This part is for one of our collections-Grape Yeast. It is a Level 0 of the Golden Gate assembly cloning method (Lee et al. 2025). The main function of this part is to accelerate yeast apoptosis, generate branches of different sizes, and thereby alter the overall morphology of the multicellular yeast (Greenhalf, Stephan, & Chaudhuri, 1995) .
