Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Reinforced Action Zones in North — Pas de Calais

Pursuant to Article R. 211-81-1 II of the Environmental Code, parts of vulnerable areas have been demarcated under the Enhanced Action Areas. They correspond to the water abstractions for human consumption entered in the Register of Protected Areas attached to the Master Plan for Water Management and Management (SDAGE) for which the nitrate content is greater than 50 milligrams per litre (determined on the basis of the 90 percentile between January 2009 and September 2013). The delimitation of these areas is based primarily on the catchment feeding areas (AAFC or LAC) (defined in the framework of a prefectural decree on areas subject to environmental constraints or a hydro-geological study carried out for the determination of the catchment protection perimeters validated by the Regional Health Agency (ARS)) or, in the absence of AAC on the remote protection perimeters listed in the corresponding decrees and, as a last resort, in the territory of the municipality of the head office of the catchment point.依据《环境法典》第R.211-81-1条第二款，强化行动区（Enhanced Action Areas）范围内已划定部分脆弱区域。此类区域对应纳入《水资源规划与管理总计划》(SDAGE)附属保护区登记册的生活取水点，其硝酸盐浓度超过50毫克/升（该浓度基于2009年1月至2013年9月期间的90分位值测定得出）。 此类区域的划定主要以取水补给区（AAFC或LAC）为依据：取水补给区的定义参照省级环境约束区域法令框架，或是由地区卫生署（ARS）验证的、为确定取水防护范围开展的水文地质研究成果；若未划定取水补给区（AAC），则采用对应法令中列明的远程防护范围；作为最后手段，则以取水点总部所在的市镇辖区作为划定依据。
