Fiscal data for Japan

The data consists of three variables: tax revenues, government expenditure and GDP of Japan over the 1960-2016 period. The revenue variable is defined as the total tax revenues, including direct and indirect taxes, less social security contributions. The expenditure variable is defined as the total government expenditure less net interest payments. All these variables are expressed in logarithm, per capita, and real terms. The data was collected from OECD’s Economic Outlook Projections database.本数据集涵盖1960年至2016年间日本的三项经济变量：税收收入、政府支出与国内生产总值（GDP）。其中税收收入变量定义为总税收收入（包含直接税与间接税）扣除社会保障缴款后的净额；政府支出变量定义为总政府支出扣除净利息支出后的净额。所有变量均以对数形式、人均口径及实际值表示。本数据集采集自经济合作与发展组织（OECD）的《经济展望预测》数据库。
