We propose to drastically enlarge the database of flares observed with XMM fromthe Supergiant Fast X-ray Transients (SFXTs) through the continuation of a verysuccessful fulfill program. SFXT flares occur randomly at any time with arecurrence time of few ks and 2-5 flares are expected on-average in a 20ks-long XMM observation of each of these sources. The unique abilities of XMMneeded for this study are the large effective area at soft X-rays and fineenergy resolution allowing us to reveal short term variations of the absorptioncolumn density local to the source within the required short dynamical timescales (~100 s) and the possibility of having a uninterrupted lightcurveallowing us to study the spectral variations along the rise/decay profile of each X-ray flare.
