It represents portions of sea areas, adjacent to the sea coast line, whose acquisition is significant (e.g. due to the presence of defense works or other artifacts, islands or rocks, production plants, navigation equipment, etc.). Islands, rocks and non-palified works \"hole\" the sea area.本数据集涵盖毗邻海岸线的海域片区，对该类片区开展数据采集具有重要价值，例如该区域存在海防工事、其他人工地物（artifacts）、岛屿、岩礁、生产厂房、导航设施等典型目标。岛屿、岩礁及非规整人工设施会在海域中形成孔洞状的分割区域。
