This folder contains the data and R code used for the titular manuscript.

There
is an RStudio Project file ('pretreatment study.Rproj') which will
allow for easy navigation of all the data within the two scripts
('pretreatment study master script.R' and 'Figures master script.R').

The
'final figures' folder is empty for sake of file size, but the figures
(used in the manuscript) can be generated with the associated code.
