Enriched GO terms for deconvolution. This file is in a tab-separated format and contains the top 200 GO terms that were enriched in the set of DE genes unique to deconvolution. The identifier and name of each term is shown along with the total number of genes associated with the term, the number of associated genes that are also DE, the expected number under the null hypothesis, and the Fisher p value.
