Data from: Easy Come, Easy Go: Dynamics of Threatened Plant Species in Restored Wetlands

This dataset contains the original data and scripts used in the analysis in the article. head3.csv - table with species counts and explanatory variables used in the analysis locality, district, N, E, s42_X, s42_Y - localization of restored wetland sites; N and E are coordinates in WGS84 (EPSG:4326); s42_X and s42_Y are in a metric coordinate system Pulkovo 1942 (EPSG:3835) landscape_type, phytogeographical_district, year_of_finalisation, older_part, year_of_visit, area, management, management2 - explanatory variables or columns used for their calculation; phytogeographical_district represent original categories which were simplified to landscape_type; variable age (time since restoration) used in model is calculated as year_of_visit - year_of_finalisation, area was measured in QGIS and is in ha, management2 is shortened variant of management nr_sp, nr_end, nr_hal, nr_alien - count of species in each group (all, threatened, halophilous, per restored wetland site 01_correlation_between_explanatory_variables.R - script to correlation matric calculation 02_AICc_models.R - script to AICc model comparison and result extraction
