Dataset for: Classification of Double Bottom U-Shaped Weld Joints Using Synthetic Images and Image Splitting

This dataset contains the synthetic images used in the research paper titled: "Classification of Double Bottom U Shaped Weld Joints Using Synthetic Images and Image Splitting". These images were generated to simulate U-shaped weld joints in ship double-bottom structures and were used to train and test the classification models presented in the study. This dataset is provided to support the transparency and reproducibility of the research submitted to the Journal of Marine Science and Engineering (JMSE) (Manuscript ID: jmse-4075259).
