XPlanung dataset BPL “New School (2nd change)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “New School (2nd change)” of the municipality of Neidlingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Usage: § 4 General Residential Areas (WA), § 5 Village Areas (MD), § 8 Commercial Areas (GE).开发规划（BPL）包含对城市规划秩序具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为依据编制。本次可用数据为奈德林根（Neidlingen）市采用XPlanung 5.0标准的《新学校（第二次修订）》开发规划。用地说明：§4 一般居住区（WA）、§5 乡村片区（MD）、§8 商业区（GE）。
