Consumer complaints about in-store holiday shopping in the UK 2018

According to the results of a survey conducted with UK consumers in 2018, the leading complaint for shoppers when it comes to holiday shopping in physical stores was long checkout lines, with 68 percent of respondents citing this as a "pain point". Among other factors that made in-store holiday shopping unpleasant for consumers in the United Kingdom were overcrowded stores, pushy salespeople and limited product options.
