CDCA2 inhibits apoptosis and promotes cell proliferation in prostate cancer and is directly regulated by HIF-1a pathway

PURPOSE: In order to identify differential expression in Pca and test the gene expression profile in CDCA2 knockdown Du145 cell. Overall design: RNA Sequencing was used to test the mRNA levels of PCa cell lines and normal prostate tissue. And RNA-sequencing was used to determine expression profile in Du145 siControl and siCDCA2 samples.
