Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Restricted areas of the plan for the prevention of natural hazards of the municipality of SAINT-JEAN-DE-VERGES

The regulated zoning of the Natural Hazard Prevention Plan (PPRN) is digitised in accordance with the national requirements of COVADIS. For natural PPRs, the Environmental Code defines two categories of zones (L562-1): risk-exposed areas and areas that are not directly exposed to risks but where measures can be foreseen to avoid exacerbating the risk. Depending on the hazard level, each area is subject to an enforceable settlement. The regulations generally distinguish three types of zones: 1- ‘Building prohibited areas’, known as ‘red areas’, where the hazard level is high and the general rule is the prohibition on construction; 2- ‘prescribed areas’, known as ‘blue zones’, where the hazard level is average and the projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of issue; 3- areas not directly exposed to risks but where constructions, works, developments or farms, agricultural, forestry, craft, commercial or industrial could aggravate risks or cause new ones, subject to prohibitions or requirements (cf. Article L562-1 of the Environmental Code). The latter category applies only to natural RPPs.本自然灾害防治规划（Natural Hazard Prevention Plan，PPRN）的合规管控分区已依据COVADIS的国家规范要求完成数字化处理。针对自然灾害防治规划，《环境法典》（Environmental Code）将区划分为两类（L562-1）：风险暴露区域，以及未直接面临风险但可采取措施规避风险加剧的区域。依据灾害等级的不同，每类区域均需遵循具有强制约束力的开发管控规则。法规通常将区划分为以下三类：1. 禁止建设区域（又称"红色区域"）：灾害等级为高，通用管控规则为禁止任何建设活动；2. 特定管控区域（又称"蓝色区域"）：灾害等级为中等，建设项目需遵循适配问题类型的专属管控要求；3. 未直接面临风险，但建设工程、开发活动或农业、林业、手工业、商业、工业类农场及经营活动可能加剧既有风险或引发新风险的区域，需遵守相关禁止或管控要求（详见《环境法典》第L562-1条）。该类区域仅适用于自然灾害RPPs范畴。
