Remarkable trees accessible to the public in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur

The remarkable trees of France are exceptional living trees in terms of their age, size, shape, past or legend. These woody woods represent a natural and cultural heritage that must be preserved and, as such, are marked by a label “Arbre remarkable de France” awarded since 2000, after a study of the file, by the association A.R.B.R.E.S.法国非凡古树是一类在树龄、体量、形态、历史底蕴或传奇色彩上均出类拔萃的活立木。此类木本林木资源属于亟待妥善保护的自然与文化遗产，为此自2000年起，由A.R.B.R.E.S.协会对申报档案进行评审后，符合认定标准的个体将被授予"法国非凡古树（Arbre remarkable de France）"标识。
