MODIS LAI and Oceanic Niño Index Time Series and R Code for Ecological Resilience Analysis.

This dataset contains the monthly LAI time series and Oceanic Niño Index data used in the analyses presented in ''No detectable El Niño-Southern Oscillation signal in satellite leaf area index across four contrasting UK ecosystems''. The record also includes the R code used for data acquisition, preprocessing and statistical analysis. MODIS LAI data were obtained from the MODIS MOD15A2H Collection 6.1 product through the ORNL DAAC MODIS/VIIRS Web Service, while the Oceanic Niño Index data were obtained from NOAA CPC. The dataset contains the analysis-ready time series used in the manuscript and supporting documentation describing the data-processing and analysis workflow.
