Re-sequencing of backcross introgression lines derived from a cross between recurrent parent SA14-9653 and donor parent TL14-110-822

BC3F2-derived introgression lines were developed to validate the effects of a Chr 14 protein QTL from wild soybean (PI 593983) on seed composition and evaluate agronomic performance. WGRS data was generated for 18 backcross lines and the recurrent parent SA14-9653. WGRS data for the TL14-110-822 donor parent was previously generated by Yang et al. (2022), and FASTQ files are available (Run ID: SRR19807611).
