Femtosecond laser-induced formation of tracks in the volume of silver-containing zinc phosphate glass is investigated. Tracks were induced by the femtosecond laser irradiation with the wavelength of 1030 nm, the pulse duration of 180 fs and scanning speed of 1 mm/s. The data shows the changes of the morphologies of glass after laser irradiation with different pulse repetition rate (10, 100 and 500 kHz) and pulse energy (60-120 nJ). The data was collected by the optical microscopy in the brightfield and fluorescence mode. Moreover, the data shows dependence of the width and height of the laser-written tracks on the pulse energy and pulse repetition rate.

本研究针对含银磷酸锌玻璃体内飞秒激光诱导轨道的形成过程开展实验探究。实验采用波长为1030 nm、脉冲宽度180 fs、扫描速率1 mm/s的飞秒激光辐照诱导生成轨道。本数据集涵盖了不同脉冲重复频率(10、100与500 kHz)及脉冲能量(60~120 nJ)条件下,激光辐照后玻璃的形貌变化情况。相关数据通过明场与荧光模式的光学显微镜采集获得。此外,本数据集还揭示了激光直写轨道的宽度与高度随脉冲能量及脉冲重复频率的变化关系。
