Antibiotic treatment of SBP scoping review data repository

These data underpin our manuscript "Antibiotic treatment of severe bacterial pneumonia: a scoping review to characterise the evidence for current treatment options". The Word file contains the reference list for the 327 studies included in our scoping review paper. The Excel file contains the data extracted from the 327 included studies that were used to obtain a comprehensive picture of the characteristics of the available evidence on treatments for severe pneumonia in hospital and to do this in a way that would allow us to identify a subset (or subsets) of the evidence to provide efficacy data for the standard care arm of the economic model for target clinical populations of interest.
