Agricultural Information Retrieval Dataset

The data time range is from 2012 to 2024; Data geospatial coverage is China; Database (set) composition: The agricultural information retrieval data set includes three categories: domestic agricultural diseases and pests, invasive alien species and quarantine species. Agricultural pests and diseases included 1254 diseases and 440 pests associated with 83 crops. Invasive species include 70 invasive animals and 130 invasive plants. Quarantine species include 99 insects, 9 molluscs, 19 fungi, 25 prokaryotes, 18 nematodes, 37 viruses and viroids, and 42 weeds. A total of 2,143 pests and diseases. Data sources include Google Academic, "Biological Invasion: Map of Alien Invasive Animals in China", "Biological Invasion: Map of Alien Invasive Plants in China", and Zhiwei Encyclopedia. The data of each category are combined and saved in excel format. The data size is 5.0MB; The data type and technical format are excel, including multiple columns, including Chinese name, introduction, pathogen, occurrence factor, infection cycle and other information.
