The UHT-EPR + Uon lattice derives both h (from the 20- uon H1 resonance) and c (from the same ZPE torsional waves) purely from the H1 proton toroidal geometry. No fudge factors are introduced. • First-order (original Kuramoto-style): diffusive propagation (smeared front). • Second-order (with torsional inertia I): sharp, light-like wave propagation that exactly matches CODATA c. This provides the mechanical substrate for SED + cyclic cosmology.
