Dataset for"Multi-scale responses of groundwater levels in confined aquifers to climate signals under a groundwater pumping ban "

This dataset supports the manuscript entitled “Multi-scale responses of groundwater levels in confined aquifers to climate signals under a groundwater pumping ban”. It includes monthly groundwater-level records from monitoring wells J1 and J2 in Changzhou, China, and monthly precipitation data for 1989–2022. These data were used for piecewise linear regression, continuous wavelet transform, and wavelet coherence analyses.
