Records of funeral permits

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Memorial and Cemetery Activities Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 62/16), a funeral operator may be a legal or natural person who fulfils the conditions laid down by this Act and has obtained authorisation to perform funeral activities in accordance with the Act governing the administrative procedure. A funeral licence shall be issued by the ministry responsible for the economy at the request of the applicant. The record of authorisations to perform funeral activities in the Republic of Slovenia contains a list of legal or natural persons who have obtained an authorisation.根据《纪念活动与殡葬活动法》（斯洛文尼亚共和国官方公报第62/16号）第六条之规定，殡葬经营者可为符合本法规定条件，并已依照行政程序相关法律取得殡葬活动经营许可的法人或自然人。殡葬经营许可由负责经济事务的主管部门依申请人的申请核发。斯洛文尼亚共和国殡葬活动经营许可备案名录收录了所有已取得经营许可的法人及自然人名单。
