资源简介:
It is not yet well understood, how farming practices affect the rhizosphere microbiome, plant-microbe interactions and crop performance under field conditions. Among other plant and soil parameters, we investigated soil and rhizosphere bacterial/archaeal communities of maize (here only field soil), winter wheat with precrop maize, and rapeseed cultivated either under long-term plough (MP) or cultivator tillage (CT). Each farming practice was also compared at two fertilization levels, intensive or extensive (50% reduced N-supply, no fungicides/growth regulators). More 16S data is available from the same long-term field trial from maize rhizosphere (PRJNA742917), winter wheat with precrop rapeseed grown in either root window setup (PRJNA1037063) or undisturbed central plots (PRJNA1109326).
