Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) was used to evaluate genomic alterations between parental cells, SCPs (Single Cell-derived Subpopulations) and bone-entrained cells. Overall design: SCP cells were generated from single clones of MCF7 cells (SCP1-4) and expanded in vitro. Bone-entrained cells derived from IIA-induced bone metastases were passages in vitro. The MDA231-derived SCP21 was also evaluated. Exome sequencing was performed using the Nextera DNA exome Kit.
