Transcriptome studies of defense responses in Lens ervoides after challenged by Stemphylium botryosum. Lens ervoides

Temporal transcriptome study (48, 96 and 144 hours post inoculation) of a resistant and a susceptible Lens ervoides after spraying with water (mock) or a conidia suspension of aggressive Stemphylium botryosum isolate SB19. The goal of this study is to understand the genetic mechanism of resistance and susceptibility to S. botryosum, and the response of the pathogen to these two host genotypes.
